Where does America like to view their sports?

1. Cameron stadium (Duke)
The mecca of college basketball, it embodies all that is wonderful about the sport. Passioniate fans (although probably overhyped), it’s still an amazing experience.
2. Lambeau Field
The ice bowl. Season tickets sold out for the next 50 years. Favre. Lambeau leap. Brats. It’s almost a religion.
3. Indianapolis Motor Speedway
Even though I’m not a huge race fan, the experience would be amazing. The “greatest spectacle in racing”.
4. Little League World Series
Before the steroids kick in, and even though they don’t seem as innocent as they used to be, it’s still touching to see the pure joy of these kids.
5. Notre Dame vs. Michigan
A continual battle with Tennessee as far as the biggest stadium, college football doesn’t get much bigger than this.
6. Fenway Park
Nowhere will you find more passionate fans, where the sox nation discusses off-season moves during January, where the newspaper runs a 48 page spread on the farm system.
7. Churchill Downs
Mint julips, huge hats, the crazy infield, parlays and quinellas … good times, good times.
8. College World Series
Still not spoiled but getting close to it. Great fan atmosphere if you can stand the ping of aluminum.
9. Madison Square Garden
Even though the Knicks are awful right now and they need to distance themselves from Isiah, it’s worth checking out an event here just to drink in the history.
10. Yankee Stadium
It pains me to write this, but the tradition and history here make it a must see … especially in October, when the Yanks will probably still be playing.
Anything missed?

The dump… Wrigley Field.
